Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Owl Creek Books is responsible for the accurate description of all material offered for sale. All significant defects, restorations, and sophistications will be clearly noted and made known to those to whom the material is offered or sold. Unless both parties agree otherwise, a full refund shall be made available to the purchaser of any misrepresented material.

We will vouch for the authenticity of all materials offered for sale, and make every reasonable effort to establish their true nature. Should it be determined that material offered as authentic is not authentic or is questionable, that material shall be returnable for a full refund or other mutually agreeable arrangement.

Refunds

All regular priced items may be returned for any reason with notification of return within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the purchased item(s), we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To receive a refund, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EU and UK Right of Withdrawal

Buyers located in the EU (European Union) and UK (United Kingdom) have a 14-day right of withdrawal of their purchase transaction. The withdrawing buyer is responsible for paying all shipping, tariffs, charges, and fees incurred by both the buyer and the seller in returning the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the price of the item and the original cost of shipping.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
